Badfish started on the roof and balcony of Keith's apartment on Shin Hai Lu. They had cheap guitars, an urge to cover as many songs as possible and an inexhaustable ability to drink Plum Wine. 6 weeks later they would perform their first live show at Catch-22. They would quickly move on to writing their own songs as much as possible. These were the days in the House Above the Sun, days of plum wine and roses and some music.
